When Is The Best Time To Exercise?
The best time to exercise isn't in the evening, after your dinner.
The best time to exercise isn't on the 3rd Monday of each month, at sunset after chugging a pint of juice.
The BEST time to exercise is whenever you feel like it!
Some mornings you will feel like it; some evenings you will feel like it.
Sometimes you will feel like it in the afternoon; sometimes you won't feel like it at all.
That's okay.
Listen to your body.
If you don't listen to your body, you can start to resent exercise and see it in a negative light.
There may be a reason that you don't want to exercise:
You're tired.
You're tired.
Your muscles/joints needs to recover.
Sometimes you just don't feel like it.
It doesn't make you 'lazy' or 'unmotivated'.
Sometimes you just don't feel like it.
It doesn't make you 'lazy' or 'unmotivated'.
Exercise doesn't have to mean going to the gym for a hardcore sesh.
It can be doing some simple stretches on your bedroom floor, going for a walk or dancing in the kitchen.
Do whatever makes you happy!
