Here's how to be happier
You can have everything, but without gratitude, it will still never be enough.
Feeling grateful is a really great way of boosting and promoting happiness.
It highlights the good and reminds us that we are, in fact, blessed.
Instead of "Ugh, I have to cook dinner tonight" try " I get to cook dinner tonight. I get to enjoy tasty food, with the people I love."
or
"Ugh, I have to go to work" try "I get to go to work. I'm so lucky that I have a job. My job allows me to grow my skills and it pays the bills."
Do it. Find 3 things in your life that feel like a chore. Change "have to" to "get to".
It will change your life.
